Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and become a vital part of transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions! As an RBT, you will work directly with individuals who have developmental and behavioral challenges, providing compassionate support and implementing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Collect accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to inform ongoing treatment. Engage clients in skill-building activities that promote communication, socialization, daily living, and adaptive behaviors. Support clients during therapy sessions with patience, enthusiasm, and positive reinforcement techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment strategies across sessions. Maintain detailed documentation of session activities, client progress, and any incidents or concerns. Foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages client engagement and motivation for growth. Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification prior to start date. Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and team members. Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and data collection procedures accurately. Flexibility to work in various settings such as homes, clinics, or community environments. Reliable transportation if traveling between multiple client locations. Pay:
$26.47 - $32.88 per hour
