Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or behavioral setting Proven ability to implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, teachers, and families Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to varying classroom environments Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification renewal (Lana Rowland-RBT-Renewal

Core Responsibilities:
Deliver behavior intervention services to students based on individualized programs and goals Closely follow data collection procedures to track student progress and inform treatment adjustments Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and school staff on student needs, plan updates, and progress Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe atmosphere within the classroom Provide modeling and guidance to teachers or paraprofessionals as needed Attend meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards of care and up-to-date knowledge of best practices In this role, you'll help shape positive educational experiences for children, deepening your expertise as an RBT and impacting lives every day.
