This contract opportunity involves working closely with a 1st grade student transitioning into 2nd grade, providing direct support for 6 hours per day, totaling 30 hours a week. You'll play a key role in helping the student reach their behavioral goals while being actively supported by an on-site BCBA for supervision and guidance.

Qualifications:

Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Familiarity with ABA strategies in a school-based environment Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Commitment to maintaining accurate data and documentation Compassionate, patient, and adaptable mindset

Responsibilities:
