Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students in a dynamic school environment near Derry, NH. As a key member of the educational team, you'll provide essential direct support to students ranging from preschool to post-graduate life skills programs. This is a contract position with a focus on hands-on, onsite engagement - perfect for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and experienced paraprofessionals passionate about making a difference. What you'll bring: Active New Hampshire RBT or Paraprofessional certification required Experience supporting students with behavioral needs in an educational setting Ability to work effectively both 1:1 and within classroom environments Skills in implementing individualized behavior intervention strategies Flexibility to work in preschool, middle/high school, or post-grad community settings Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to providing inclusive, compassionate support Role responsibilities: Provide dedicated 1:1 support to assigned students, helping them achieve academic, social, and life skills goals Assist with behavior management, implementation of education plans, and positive reinforcement techniques Work onsite alongside teachers and therapists to ensure seamless support for students Deliver job performance support for post-graduate students (age 18-22) in community-based settings Adapt to a variety of settings, including preschool, charter school, and vocational programs Document student progress and participate in team meetings to refine strategies If you're looking to have a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys while building valuable skills, this is your chance.
