Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Autism Technicians will utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Treatment is in a clinic setting. Training for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential will be provided $1000 sign on bonus! Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes: High School Diploma or G.E.D Experience in undergraduate coursework relating to special education/human services is preferred but not required Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job Full range of body motion including the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, twist, reach, run, get up from a sitting position on the floor, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds Hold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage. RBT exam must be taken within 3 months of employment
