Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities are available for skilled professionals with experience in behavioral support and classroom assistance near Dover, NH! We are seeking individuals ready to make a direct impact on students' lives across multiple educational settings in a dynamic, supportive environment. These contract positions are ideal for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Paraprofessionals with behavioral skills, eager to help students achieve their full potential.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active New Hampshire RBT and/or Paraprofessional license or certification required Experience supporting students with behavioral needs, either 1:1 or in small groups Previous work in educational settings, especially with PreK, middle/high school, or transition-age youth (18-22), is highly valued Ability to assist with life skills training and community-based job performance support Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with school staff Strong communication skills and a commitment to student progress
Role Details & Responsibilities:
Preschool para position (26 hours/week, Monday-Thursday) emphasizes early intervention support Two roles available within a single middle/high school building (32.5-35 hours/week) supporting students requiring behavioral interventions Opportunities to work with transition-age students (ages 18-22) focused on life skills and job performance in real-life community settings Fifth-grade position at a charter school for an individual skilled in behavioral support or as a paraeducator RBTs are welcomed but will operate in para or behavioral support capacity, not as licensed RBTs Step into a rewarding role where each day brings new opportunities to foster growth and independence in a school-based setting.
