Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Epping, New Hampshire BlazerJobs - 3.4 Epping, NH Job Details Contract 5 days ago Qualifications RBT Certification Full Job Description Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a dynamic educational setting and provide vital behavioral support as a Registered Behavior Technician. In this contract position, you'll work closely with students, educators, and school staff to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, helping children and adolescents thrive academically and socially. Qualifications & Experience:
Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and data collection Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborative teamwork Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in fast-paced school environments Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions as outlined in students' individualized plans Collect and document data on student progress and responses to interventions Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and support staff to monitor and adjust strategies Offer supportive guidance and positive reinforcement to encourage appropriate behaviors Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development Communicate regularly with educational teams and, when appropriate, families regarding progress and concerns As part of this fulfilling role, you will directly impact students' learning experiences by promoting positive behaviors and supporting their personal growth.
