Job Description

Nexus Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Exeter, NH, for the 2026-2027 school year!
Position Details Location:
Exeter, NH Setting:
School-Based (K-12 caseload)
Pay:
Up to $35/hour with weekly pay (commensurate with experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday - no weekends, no holidays, no call
Hours:
35 hours per week
Contract Length:
2026-2027 school year
Candidate Type:
Local or Travel (Stipends available for eligible travelers) Requirements Active RBT Certification from the BACB. High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education preferred). Experience implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles. Strong data collection skills and the ability to maintain clinical documentation. A collaborative spirit and a passion for working with students with developmental needs. Job Overview Nexus Therapy, an American Medical Staffing (AMS) company, is now hiring for a full-time Registered Behavior Technician position for the 2026-2027 school year. You will be working in a supportive school district in Exeter, providing direct behavioral intervention services to students. As a school-based RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Your role involves providing one-on-one support, teaching functional communication and social skills, collecting real-time data on student progress, and collaborating with teachers and families to ensure student success.
