Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking a Trauma Informed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our residential treatment programs in Pike, New Hampshire. Key Responsibilities:
- full job description available Provide oversight and direction for Applied Behavior Analysis programming Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans Train and supervise direct support professionals and clinical staff Monitor data collection systems and analyze program effectiveness Lead staff training in ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill development Collaborate with families, community partners, and internal teams Ensure timely and accurate documentation within electronic health records
Compensation and Benefits:
