Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting an elementary student near Hillsborough, NH. This role focuses on working one-on-one with a student transitioning from 1st to 2nd grade, providing vital behavioral support each school day. Collaborate within an encouraging educational environment, where a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is available for professional supervision and guidance. As an RBT in this setting, your skillset is key in fostering a positive learning atmosphere and empowering student growth. You'll work 6 hours a day, Monday through Friday, totaling 30 hours per week—making this a perfect opportunity for those seeking consistent, meaningful work during the school year. What you'll bring: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience supporting children with behavioral needs, especially in a school environment Commitment to implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, students, and BCBA supervision Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for supporting elementary-aged learners Key responsibilities: Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy tailored to student needs throughout the school day Collect and report behavioral data as guided by the supervising BCBA Use evidence-based strategies to foster positive behaviors and reduce challenging ones Contribute to a supportive and effective educational team Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Step into an impactful position where your dedication shapes a student's daily learning experience.
