Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Full-Time, In-Person Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You'll be an integral part of a dedicated team serving students across multiple schools throughout the district from August 26, 2026, through June 17, 2027. Experience the fulfillment of supporting student growth while collaborating with educators and staff, all within a dynamic and engaging K-12 environment.
Key Requirements:
Active BCBA certification required Prior experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred Strong background in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for training and collaboration Skilled at real-time data collection and analysis Flexible, solution-oriented mindset to travel between school sites each week Experience modeling interventions and consulting with diverse teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide consultation services, supporting effective behavioral interventions districtwide Conduct comprehensive evaluations including FBAs and development of individualized BSPs Gather, organize, and analyze behavioral data to inform planning and progress Model behavioral strategies in-classrooms and train school staff in evidence-based practices Regularly travel between schools, ensuring consistent support for students and teachers Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to build staff capacity and optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as required This contract is ideal for professionals eager to make a broad impact across a vibrant educational community.
