Job Description

Position Overview Our ABA program is growing and we're looking for passionate, Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team. At Licensed Support ABA you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring effective intervention strategies that promote meaningful progress. What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles tailored to each client's goals Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Promote generalization and long-term success through parent training Provide 1:1 training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members to maintain high standards of patient care Ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA regulations, including accurate medical records, intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans Participate in ongoing professional development activities related to behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology What you'll get: Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling designed to support a work-life balance Ongoing professional development and opportunities for growth Streamlined systems and user-friendly platforms for efficient data collection, documentation, and billing A supportive, responsive, and mission-driven team Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) CPR Certification Minimum of two years of proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods Familiarity with medical documentation practices, medical terminology, and maintaining confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards Excellent patient care skills with the ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and intake procedures Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment dedicated to behavioral health Strong communication skills for training staff and collaborating with families or caregivers At Licensed Support ABA we are transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions! $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per hour
