Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Newport, NH (03773) Position Overview School is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral support to an elementary student transitioning from 1st grade into 2nd grade. The RBT will support the student's academic, social, and behavioral goals by implementing individualized strategies under the supervision of a BCBA. This is a part-time, school-based position located in the Newport, New Hampshire (03773) area. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behavioral support services to an assigned elementary student Implement and follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collect and track data on student progress and behavior Collaborate with teachers, staff, and supervising BCBA Support the student's social, emotional, and academic development Assist with classroom participation and behavioral redirection Maintain consistent and accurate documentation Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to work collaboratively in a school-based team environment Strong communication and behavioral management skills
