Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role supporting students as a full-time, in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst, beginning August 26, 2026, through June 17, 2027. This contract opportunity places you at the heart of positive change, collaborating closely with school personnel across a district near Rindge, NH. As an itinerant professional, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout all school sites every week, engaging with diverse teams and student populations.
Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience delivering behavioral consultation and support in school settings Strong understanding of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform evidence-based interventions Excellent skills in staff training, modeling of strategies, and collaborative problem-solving Flexible mindset and ability to travel across multiple school sites within a district
Core Responsibilities:
Provide consultation and ongoing support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies and student needs Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including FBAs and the development/implementation of BSPs Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and refine interventions Model behavioral interventions and provide in-the-moment coaching for school teams Offer professional development and training to educators and support staff Maintain thorough documentation in adherence with district and licensure standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success in inclusive learning environments This position offers the unique advantage of engaging with a variety of teams and students while maintaining a consistent schedule for the academic year.
