Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students in an educational setting near Somersworth, NH. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in student development and contributing to a supportive learning environment. As an integral part of a collaborative team, you'll provide one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions, collaborating closely with educators and Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to collect and record data accurately Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA Provide direct behavioral support to students during classroom and school activities Accurately collect behavioral data and report progress in accordance with program guidelines Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational professionals to optimize student outcomes Assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment Adapt strategies to support students' unique learning and behavioral needs
