As a Behavior Technician with us, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting individuals and families while gaining valuable ABA training and experience. Behavioral Interventionist (BI)
Position Overview:
We're seeking compassionate, proactive individuals for the role of Behavior Technician. You'll work closely with clients, following customized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in settings like homes and schools. Your role will focus on implementing ABA strategies, supporting essential life skills development, and helping clients reach their personal goals. Behavioral Interventionist (BI)
Responsibilities:
  • Follow behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA, using a variety of ABA techniques.
  • Provide direct one-on-one support in settings that best meet client needs.
  • Collect and document data on client behaviors and skill development.
  • Help clients develop skills in socialization, communication, and self-care.
  • Foster a motivating, positive learning environment for skill practice and progress.
  • Work alongside BCBAs and interdisciplinary team members to adjust strategies as needed.

  • Reliable transportation for work at multiple locations as needed.
