Job Description

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Part-Time or Full-Time Autism Learning Institute (ALI) - Chatham, NJ Looking for a role where you can balance meaningful clinical work with flexibility? At ALI, we're hiring a BCBA who can part time anywhere from a minimum of 3 hours per week, to full time up to 40 hours per week, supporting our growing team and making a real difference for clients and families. (Hours over 30 per week qualify for health, dental, vision benefits & PTO!) This role is based at our center in Chatham, NJ, with some local travel, and a flexible schedule—Monday through Friday, evenings as needed. About Us! Autism Learning Institute (ALI) provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services to children and families throughout New Jersey. Our team of BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff works collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes while fostering a culture that supports growth, learning, and work-life balance. We're intentional about supporting clinicians—whether you want a few hours a week or a full-time leadership role .
Flexible schedule:
3-40 hours/week Health, dental, vision insurance and PTO for schedules over 30 hours/week Paid professional liability insurance Mentorship and collaboration with senior clinical leadership Supportive, team-first environment where your expertise is valued Clinical Responsibilities will vary based on part time or full time employment; but an overall review; Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs Conduct FBAs, skills assessments, and treatment planning Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure meaningful progress Maintain ethical and clinical quality standards Supervision & Training Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support Ensure consistency in care across clients and staff Family Collaboration Partner with families through consultation and parent training Maintain regular communication and follow-up Support skill carryover across environments Team Collaboration Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary planning Contribute to a positive and collaborative center culture What You'll Bring Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA certification Experience developing and supervising ABA programs Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and behavior analysis Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset Passion for mentoring staff and supporting families Physical & Practical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in sessions (running, kneeling, floor play, etc.) Reliable transportation for local travel Access to a laptop/tablet for programming and data analysis If you're looking for a few hours per week, or full-time employment, we would love for you to join our team!
