Job Description

Family Therapy and Consultation Services (FTxCS) have been providing counseling and behavioral services for children and families in New Jersey since 2004. We are currently seeking qualified behavioral technicians (BT's) for our applied behavior analysis program (ABA) for Cherry Hill and the surrounding area. •All applicants must have supervised experience implementing behavior support plans for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities •Please note : Behavior technicians (BT's) hours of service are conducted in the home of families and during non-school hours.
Position:
Behavioral Technician (BT) Per Diem position: flexible schedule - clinician has flexibility selecting the number of hours to work (no minimum number of weekly hours to complete) W2 position Weekly pay via direct deposit (ADP Payroll)
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED :
Minimum 3 years of supervised experience implementing behavior support plans for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, guidance and counseling, social work or a related field:  At minimum one year of supervised experience in implementing behavior support plans for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities All Candidates require the following: Valid driver's license, insurance, and registration Child Abuse and Criminal Background Clearance Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis techniques. Conduct patient assessments and document medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide patient care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including children and those with autism. Collaborate with special education staff and families to ensure effective communication and support. Collect and analyze research data to improve behavioral therapy practices. Maintain accurate medical documentation and contribute to diagnostic evaluations.
