This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30 to $38 per hour. Morning, Afternoon and Evening hours available in clinic and home.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAsConduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clientsRecord and monitor client progress through data collectionCollaborate with the treatment team to set and achieve individualized treatment goalsBuild positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferredRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, not requiredSaturday and Sunday availability required
