Full-time, In-Person Heart to Heart Behavioral Services provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. We are committed to compassionate care, strong clinical outcomes, and a supportive team environment. We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise both clinic-based and in-home ABA services in the Newark area. Responsibilities Provide BCBA supervision for clinic and in-home ABA cases Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans (BIPs) Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Review and analyze data to ensure effective programming Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements Benefits Competitive hourly rate ($85•95/hour) Insurance Benefits Retirement Plan PTO and sick time off Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for growth within the organization Active BCBA certification Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience in both clinic and in-home settings Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA Experience supervising RBTs/BTs Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
