Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role offers a flexible schedule, empowering you to balance your professional commitments with personal priorities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct assessments, and collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. Your expertise will help foster independence, improve communication skills, and enhance quality of life for those you serve. Duties Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and progress Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform treatment strategies and ensure effective progress tracking Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high-quality patient care Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistency across environments Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal standards Participate in intake assessments and ongoing patient evaluations to adjust interventions as needed Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA) Experience working with children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data for progress measurement Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health principles Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop tailored intervention strategies Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations for safeguarding patient information Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with families, team members, and external professionals This position is ideal for passionate professionals eager to apply their expertise in a flexible work environment that values growth, compassion, and impactful service.
