Spanish-Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) psychology today - 3.8 Elizabeth, NJ Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications RBT Certification Spanish Working with children Direct support Patient interaction Full Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children reach their full potential and is comfortable working closely with families in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans Collect and record session data accurately Communicate professionally with families and supervisors Maintain session notes and documentation Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Qualifications:
Current RBT Certification preferred Spanish fluency required Experience working with children preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
