Job Description

Job Title:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician -
Galloway, NJ Job Description:
We are hiring motivated RBTs/Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Galloway, New Jersey and nearby areas. We are looking for someone reliable, caring, professional, and ready to work with families. Full-time and part-time cases may be available.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home Follow treatment plans created by the BCBA Collect session data and complete notes Support children with communication, behavior, and daily living skills Work closely with families and supervisors Maintain professionalism and reliability
Requirements:
RBT certification preferred ABA experience preferred Must be dependable and patient Must be able to travel to in-home cases Background check required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Schedule:
Part-time and full-time opportunities available Flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours may be available
Pay:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and credentials
