Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans Provide supervision and clinical oversight to RBTs and Behavior Technicians Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure services align with BACB ethical and professional standards Complete required documentation accurately and on time Skills Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field New Jersey licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Experience supervising RBTs preferred Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and security of medical records and sensitive information.
