Job Description

Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is seeking a behavior technician to join our team in the Morristown, New Jersey Area! We are looking for a part-time, technician who can provide ABA services to a 5 year old client. We are seeking staff members who can provide services in a home setting. We are a small ABA agency that values and supports its employees. We provide our team members with ongoing training and mentorship, a collaborative work environment, and competitive compensation. Compensation is based on experience and credentials. We will also help you grow your career by supporting you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA Collect data on a daily basis Communicate regularly with the BCBA Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client Basic Qualifications Must have a high school diploma Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field Experience in the field of ABA Complete 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician. Maintain recertification of RBT training annually The client needs services 15 hours a week in the afternoon.

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
