Clinic Behavior Technician

Our Behavior Technicians work side-by-side not only with BCBAs, but also with Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to support the whole child. What You'll Be Doing Work 1:1 with children and teens using ABA-based strategies Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA Track progress and take data during sessions (we'll train you!) Help kids build communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collaborate with your ABA team and partner with OT, PT, and Speech to create a well-rounded therapy experience Be part of team discussions and contribute to shared goals across disciplines What We're Looking For Friendly, team-oriented mindset—you enjoy working with others Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Patient, reliable, and motivated to make a difference Detail-oriented and able to follow structured plans Experience in ABA, education, therapy, or childcare is a plus—but not required Why Elevate Health?
