Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time & Part-Time Openings Who We Are At Elevate Health, we're more than just an ABA provider—we're a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Our RBTs work closely not only with BCBAs, but also alongside Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to support the whole child (including robust sensory and play areas). What You'll Be Doing Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in alignment with individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record session data with accuracy and consistency Support development of communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collaborate with your ABA team and partner with OT, PT, and Speech providers to ensure coordinated care Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared, cross-disciplinary goals What We're Looking For Active RBT certification required (or in the process of obtaining) Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Patient, dependable, and motivated to support individuals with developmental differences Detail-oriented with the ability to follow clinical protocols Experience in ABA or related fields is a plus Why Elevate Health?
