ABA Therapist Steady After School Cases

Looking for a part time ABA role with consistent cases, strong support, and the opportunity to make a real impact with children and families? One Step Forward is hiring ABA Therapists and Behavior Technicians to provide one on one ABA therapy to children in Newark and surrounding Essex County areas. This role focuses on helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through structured ABA services. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, motivated, and comfortable working within individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the home Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Use evidence-based ABA strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping Support communication, social, and adaptive living skills Collect accurate session data and complete detailed session notes Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and program updates
