Job Description

Monmouth Behavioral Therapy Group (MBTG) provides in-home based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our goal is to create a treatment plan, firmly grounded in the principles of ABA, that is unique to each individuals needs therefore helping the child reach his/her full potential. We are actively recruiting Registered Behavior Technicians, Paraprofessionals, and ABA Therapists to join our team! We have part-time opportunities immediately available. Complete flexibility to chose your schedule based on your availability.
The Behavior Technician will:
Work with children and family on-site, in-home, on a treatment plan designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Work 1:1 with the individual to implement the treatment plan, manage behaviors, track goals, and teach socially significant skills Typical scheduling: Primarily seeking to fill services for afterschool hours up to 5 days per week. Sessions average 2-4 hours long and are typically scheduled between 3:00-7:00PM. This is a great part-time opportunity for teachers. Weekend opportunities are also available
Requirements:
Flexible work schedule (minimum 10 hours per week) Access to reliable transportation; valid driver's license. Genuine interest in working with children with Autism and behavioral concerns. Patience, problem-solving skills, discretion and ability to think on your feet. Ability to work independently. This is the opportunity for paraprofessionals looking for after school hours or college students studying to be special education teachers, BCaBAs and BCBAs.
