Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Complete assessments and create evidence-based BIPs tailored to individual students Deliver ongoing behavioral support and coaching to staff and paraprofessionals Facilitate team meetings and training sessions related to behavior management Monitor effectiveness of interventions through systematic data collection and analysis Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and administrators Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in line with school guidelines and compliance standards
