BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST
(BCBA) Full-Time | Center-Based | Bergen County, NJ $80,000-$90,000 Base Salary + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus A growing, family-owned ABA organization in Bergen County, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing clinical team. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, clinician-led environment focused on meaningful outcomes for children and families.
POSITION OVERVIEW
In this role, you will lead the clinical programming for a caseload of children with autism and related developmental needs. You will collaborate closely with families, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and clinical leadership to deliver high-quality, individualized care in a warm and supportive setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct behavioral assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collect and analyze clinical data to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions Collaborate with families through regular caregiver training and communication Coordinate care with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB standards and insurance requirements Participate in team meetings, trainings, and center-wide initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
New BCBA:
$80,000 base salary + $5,000 sign-on bonus
Experienced BCBA:
