BCBA JOB PROFILE

We apply scientifically proven techniques that increase communication, socialization, attending, coping, motor, and daily living skills, while decreasing maladaptive behaviors that impede functioning. Job profile:
BCBA/Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:
The BCBA/ Clinical Supervisor is responsible for designing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, overseeing implementation of treatment, and providing caregiver consultation. They are responsible for supervising, training, coordinating, and supporting all team members. They collaborate with other service providers including speech, OT, and child study teams. They assume all professional responsibilities in performing clinical oversight and supervision, maintaining credentialing, and pursuing ongoing professional development.
Essential functions:
Assess and identify skill acquisition and behavior reduction targets Assess and identify reinforcers Develop individualized step-by-step skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans Add new goals to the learner's curriculum over time Analyze data in order to make data-based decisions Modify goals as necessary Train team members in the implementation of programs- including modeling, observing, and providing feedback Generate progress reports Ensure learners and team members have and maintain all materials necessary to run their programs Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments Submit reports to insurance that meet medical necessity criteria for authorization Assess and identify caregiver goals Communicate goals with caregivers and provide training and support Collaborate with all team members and other service providers Ensure all team members uphold the standards of the organization and maximize resources Perform all center based and team based duties as necessary
Qualifications:
BCBA certification Masters in Applied Behavior analysis, special education, or related field Experience in a supervisory role Experience providing parent/family consultation Experience conducting above specified assessments and submitting insurance reports Experience designing, implementing, monitoring, and modifying behavior plans using
