Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Behavioral Technician to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement individualized behavioral therapy plans, assist with daily living activities, and support clients in achieving their personal goals. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies tailored to each client's care plan, focusing on skill development and behavior management. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other essential self-care tasks. Collect, record, and analyze data related to client behaviors and progress to inform ongoing treatment plans. Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching new skills using ABA principles and positive reinforcement techniques. Collaborate with supervisors, educators, and family members to ensure consistency across all aspects of care and education. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior logs, and updates in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Contribute to the development and review of individualized care plans designed for clients with autism or other developmental disabilities.
