Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral therapy initiatives, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide expert supervision to ensure the highest quality of care for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress and improve quality of life through evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Responsibilities Design, implement, and supervise behavioral therapy programs tailored to each client's needs, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures, to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Collect and analyze data meticulously to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment efficacy. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency across environments and optimize outcomes. Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with regulatory standards. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral intervention techniques and data collection methods. Participate in ongoing professional development related to behavioral health, special education, medical terminology, and best practices for working with individuals with disabilities. Qualifications Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification; current certification required. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methodologies. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and patient assessment protocols. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and experience managing confidential medical records. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers. Ability to perform patient care tasks with patience, empathy, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$74,848.16 - $90,139.72 per year
