Job Description

GentleCare Therapy is seeking compassionate and highly focused Full time BCBAs to join our team - Center, Home and Community-based services in Camden County! Join a compassionate team of highly focused professionals who love what they do, support each other, and are defining quality autism services. GentleCare Therapy is a client-centered, rapidly growing pediatric developmental therapy practice that focuses on helping children reach their highest potential through high-quality therapy. We provide a full range of developmental and autism-related services, including ABA therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and special education services This is a challenging and rewarding position with significant growth potential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the autism treatment field, as well as strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
General Responsibilities:
Completing behavioral assessments using specific assessment tools Create Individualized, research-based client programs Analyze client progress and update programs as needed Oversee implementation of behavioral programs and supervise ABA Therapists Train and consult with caregivers and other professionals Evaluate risk management and crisis management Ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols Provide supervision to candidates completing BACB fieldwork experience
Qualifications and Skills:
Competence in supervising and developing ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Successful completion of 8-hour supervision training to serve as a qualified supervisor through the BACB Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites Must be fluent in implementation and have a working knowledge of BACB standards Competence in supervising and developing ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD Must be fluent in implementation and have a working knowledge of BACB standards for supervision and ethical service delivery Knowledge to complete; FBA, FAST/MAS/FAI, VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R/AFLS, initial and concurrent Treatment Plans and progress reports, Behavior Support Plan/ Crisis Intervention Plan, Positive Behavior Support Plans Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time Eager, energetic, patient, caring, and pleasant demeanor.
Benefits:
Caseload is determined based upon a rate of 20% supervision, drive time, and other supervision duties. Guaranteed salary regardless of cancellations Health insurance (50% employer-funded) Life and Disability (100% employer-funded)
