Board Certified Behavior Analyst II (BCBA®)

Compensation & Incentives Total compensation up to $82,000-$110,000 annually (Includes base salary + performance incentives, based on caseload and structure selected)
Student Loan Repayment:
Up to $5,000 Paid weekly What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™) Lead group supervision and training sessions Ensure compliance with BACB® ethical and professional standards Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, families, and team members What You'll Need BCBA® certification in good standing with the BACB® New Jersey Behavior Analyst license (active or in process prior to start date) Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with strong professional references Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to ongoing professional growth Why BAYADA?
