We are looking for passionate, experienced RBT's and individuals looking to get their RBT certification within 30 days of hire to work with nonverbal ASD learner's in the Wayne area.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with ASD required
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
