Bilingual (Spanish/English) Behavior Technicians
Locations:
 Cape May County, NJ - Wildwood area. About the Role Sunshine Advantage is seeking dedicated Bilingual Spanish-speaking Behavior Technicians to join our clinical team. As a vital member of our organization, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll support treatment planning, collect data, assist with parent training, and collaborate with the care team—all while making a meaningful impact on children and families. Field experience toward RBT/BCBA/BCaBA certification Referral bonus opportunities Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under BCBA/BCaBA supervision Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies Collect accurate data and document sessions daily Implement teaching and behavior modification protocols Obtain parent signatures for billing documentation Attend trainings and staff meetings as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Experience with children with autism or developmental delays (preferred) RBT certification is a plus — training provided if not certified CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality (HIPAA), and ethical standards Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to collaborate with families and team members Background check clearance required Hashtags / Keywords #afterschool #aba #assistant #homehealth #parttime #RBT #DSP #bilingual #spanishspeaking #behaviortechnician #capemaycounty

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
