Job Description
At Pair With ABA, we are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist/RBT to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30 to $38 per hour. Morning, Afternoon and Evening hours available in clinic and home. Our team of experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Technicians (BTs) work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients Record and monitor client progress through data collection Collaborate with the treatment team to set and achieve individualized treatment goals Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, not required Flexibility with working hours, Saturday and Sunday availability is a plus •
