Position:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Camino, you will assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment. Our center provides full-day, center-based intensive early intervention services to children aged 12 months to 6 years. In this role, you will support children in their daily activities, implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and accurately track and record data on their progress. This is a highly rewarding position where you'll become an integral part of each child's care team. You'll witness firsthand the positive impact of your efforts as you help improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide early intervention services to children aged 12 months to 6 years. Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans. Collect and record data on client progress. Adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and ethical codes. Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss cases and strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance. At least 6 months of ABA experience is preferred. RBT certification is preferred, though we can provide support for certification if needed.
