Nicolas ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy services to children and families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, teaching skill acquisition programs, collecting accurate data, and helping clients build meaningful skills that improve their daily lives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children, supporting families, and growing professionally in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.Responsibilities:
The RBT will be expected to: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in the home, school, center, or community setting. Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate data during each therapy session. Assist clients with communication, social, adaptive, play, academic readiness, and daily living skills. Follow behavior reduction protocols ethically and consistently. Maintain client dignity, safety, and confidentiality at all times. Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and team members. Attend supervision meetings and training as required. Complete session notes and documentation accurately and on time. Follow all company policies, ethical standards, andBACB/RBT

We are looking for someone who is: Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Passionate about helping children and families. Open to feedback and willing to learn. Professional, ethical, and responsible. Comfortable working closely with caregivers and supervisors. Able to follow written treatment protocols and collect data accurately. Motivated to grow in the ABA field. Requirements Active RBT certification preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children preferred. ABA experience preferred but not always required. Must be reliable and punctual. Must be able to pass required background checks. Must maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines. Must have reliable transportation, if traveling to homes, schools, or community settings. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.Our Values:
