Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Spectrum Support Solutions LLC , where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As an RBT, you will work closely with clients and their families in the home and community to implement personalized behavior plans, promote skill development, and foster positive behavioral changes. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while gaining valuable experience in behavioral health and special education. Searching for dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team providing in-home and community-based ABA services for children with autism across New Mexico. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions with accuracy and attention to detail Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care tasks Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Communicate effectively with supervising BCBA and team members Maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical ABA practices Requirements Active RBT certification Valid NM Driver's License High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) Reliable and fully insured transportation Ability to work independently in home-based settings Strong communication and time management skills Experience preferred but not required (training available)
HUGE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITIES!
Referral bonus (for each RBT or client): $100
