Clinical Support Includes:

Making a Meaningful Difference As a BCBA at Aprendamos, you are more than a clinician—you are a leader, mentor, and advocate for children and families. You will design and oversee individualized treatment programs while collaborating with a highly skilled team committed to achieving meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation, progress reports, and billing requirements Participate in clinical consultation and program development initiatives Work Expectations In-Person BCBA 86 Billable Hours per Month 10-15 Administrative Hours per month Remote

Billable Hours per Month 10-15 Administrative Hours per month Scheduling Availability Available between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. MST Clinical Scheduling Advantages Approximately 90% of our funding sources reimburse for program modification services, allowing greater scheduling flexibility and clinical responsiveness. Monthly productivity expectations provide flexibility when addressing cancellations, family schedules, and treatment planning needs. Comprehensive Client & Family Support Programs Our commitment to families extends beyond direct ABA therapy. Social Skills Programming Weekly virtual social groups led by a BCBA Monthly in-person social groups led by a BCBA Opportunities for clients to build social, communication, and relationship-building skills across settings Caregiver Coaching Monthly in-person caregiver coaching sessions Hands-on support and practical strategies to promote skill generalization at home and in the community Sibshops Monthly Sibshops are offered for siblings of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
These specialized workshops provide:
Peer connection and support Coping and resilience-building opportunities Celebration of siblings' unique roles within their families Discussion of both the challenges and strengths associated with having a sibling with autism We Invest in Our RBTs We believe successful clinical outcomes begin with highly trained technicians. Comprehensive RBT Training Program Structured 6-week RBT onboarding and training program Designed to prepare technicians for long-term success and confidence in the field Exceptional Certification Outcomes 100% First-Time RBT Certification Exam Pass Rate in 2025 100% First-Time RBT Certification Exam Pass Rate in 2026 Ongoing Team Development Monthly BCBA-led meetings with RBTs outside of session time Collaboration focused on all clients served by the technician In-house RBT Professional Development Units (PDUs) Ongoing mentorship and clinical support What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field Active BCBA Certification Minimum one year of BCBA experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) Experience with PEAK curriculum Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) exposure Bilingual (English/Spanish) What Sets Us Apart At Aprendamos, you are never practicing in isolation.
