Schedule:

Tuesday/Thursday, around 9AM - 1PM Make a Meaningful Impact with Sun and Sage ABA! We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Las Vegas, NM ! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA. Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment. What You'll Do:

Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills Collect data to track progress and celebrate success Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates Maintain documentation in compliance with

HIPAA What We're Looking For:
