Overview •
OPENING AT OUR HENDERSON CLINIC LOCATION
•We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress and independence for those you serve, making a positive impact every day. Duties Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral therapy programs for children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and maximize outcomes. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. Educate families on behavior management techniques, progress updates, and strategies for generalization across settings. Experience A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience in behavioral therapy, especially working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and diagnostic evaluation processes. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards. Experience working within a behavioral health or special education setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient privacy. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating excellent communication skills. Up to $104,000.00 per year
