Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and provide ABA services in a variety of settings including at our brand new 5,002sq ft clinic in Henderson, NV! Dreaming Out Loud LLC, has immediate openings for full-time and part-time BCBAs to join our clinical team. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team to provide evidence-based therapies including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), early intervention and other related services. In addition to providing supervision to various Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as they provide behavior intervention to children diagnosed with Developmental Delays, Sensory Integrative Dysfunction, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to improve the quality of life for our clients. Duties Demonstrate dependability, adaptability and time management skills Effectively communicate verbally and in writing Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment decisions and modifications Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards Implement knowledge of HIPAA and health and safety practices Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure holistic care for clients Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members on best practices in behavioral interventions Attend staff meetings and in-service training, with the opportunity to occasionally lead a portion of in-service training Professionally interact with co-workers, clients, and families with respect and responsiveness to their needs Monitor client behavior and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on data collection and observations Advocate for clients' needs within the community and provide resources for families Perform related duties as assigned Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited College or University in Applied Behavior Analysis, early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, pediatric therapy, psychology or a related field Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB and Certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) through the Nevada Board is required Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism Proficiency in medical records management and documentation practices Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral health interventions Knowledge of patient care principles and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Knowledge of a variety of evidenced based methodologies used for behavioral programs and skill acquisition Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis Physical Demands Moderate physical effort (lift/carry/push up to 30 lbs.), standing/walking, occasionally lifts supplies and/or equipment, occasional reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching, manual dexterity and mobility If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities through effective behavioral interventions, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity and to visit our website at www.dreamingoutloudaba.com
