Job Description
RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Impact ABA Services offers assent-based, trauma-informed, neurodiversity- affirming Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy, in Reno, Nevada. We are currently hiring therapists to provide direct 1-on-1 therapy services in our clinic. Come join our amazing team of BCBAs and RBTs. Benefits
- Guaranteed full-time hours (32-40 per week) with administrative as well as direct therapy time built into your schedule. You work, even if your client cancels.

- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass an FBI background check with fingerprinting
- Ability to acquire/maintain NV State Registration status
- Strong analytic reasoning and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with Autism and/or other neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- RBT credential
- NV State Registration as an RBT
- Pursuing a BCaBA or BCBA credential
