- 24 per hour based on experience and certification status Full-time only (36-40 hours/week
- no part-time or PRN) Hard client cap: max 7 direct billable hours per day (never 8-10) Schedule ends by 5 pm latest
- no evenings, no weekends Annual CEU budget Quarterly productivity bonuses ($300

Requirements:

Reno-Tahoe Therapy Group Reno, NV Full-time only Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support clients' developmental goals. Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment planning. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care routines, fostering independence. Support clients in developing communication skills through structured teaching strategies and reinforcement techniques. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring confidentiality and security of all medical records and client information. Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and team members to review progress notes, care plans, and behavioral data for consistency and effectiveness. Foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages learning and growth while managing challenging behaviors with patience and behavioral management techniques. Skills Strong understanding of behavioral therapy methods and experience applying ABA techniques in real-world settings. Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities. Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation standards, and medical records management related to behavioral health. Ability to assist clients with ADLs while promoting independence and self-care skills. Excellent teaching skills combined with patience, empathy, and effective communication abilities. Skilled in data collection, analysis, and reporting to track client progress accurately. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and confidentiality in all client interactions.
