  • Must be at least 18 years old with a clean background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Have an active drivers license and provide 7 years of driving records. This is to show proof of active driver license.
  • Must have a vehicle for transportation. Must be able to show insurance and registration for the vehicle in your name.
  • High-school diploma or equivalent. Must provide a high school or college transcripts.
  • Completion of a 40-hour RBT course within the last 180 days. If you need to take the 40 hour online course, you may do so, but need to complete within 2 week time frame. If you cannot do this, please do not apply.
  • Produce your driver's license and social security for your I9 right to work in US form. You will send these documents by regular email. If you do not wish to do this, please do not apply.
  • Licensed with the BACB and Nevada ABA Board is a plus.
  • Experience providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to work with a variety of clients of different ages and functionalities with minimal direction.
  • Knowledge of behavioral-based interventions and their implementation.
  • Able to learn data collection and new computer programs.
  • Ability to utilize office equipment such as copy machines, phone systems, etc.
  • Ability to respond quickly to phone calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable and insured transportation in the state of Nevada (driver's insurance on file with HR).
  • CPR certified or willing to get certified.
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive behavioral changes through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques. Duties Implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis. Work closely with children and their families to educate them on behavioral strategies and techniques. Collect and maintain accurate data on patient progress and behavior changes. Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives tailored to each individual's needs. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with other professionals, including educators and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care. Provide support in special education settings as needed, fostering an inclusive environment for all students. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
