Since 2015, our agency has focused on providing individualized, in-home ABA services that help learners gain communication, social, and daily living skills with confidence. About the Position As a Behavior Technician, you will: Work directly with one student in their home environment Implement an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) created by a BCBA Use structured and play-based learning to support meaningful skill development Collect data and record session notes daily Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and family This is a great role for individuals planning careers in ABA, psychology, special education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or human services.
